Having Trouble Sending Us Your Songs?
If your computer freezes, or otherwise doesn't complete the process of uploading your song files to us (Step 3 of 3), don't worry. We will NOT rip you off!
This occasionally happens (especially with some Apple/Mac systems) and we will help you complete the process!
Also, you might be trying to send us file formats that cannot be used.

First, here are some quick fixes you can try right away:
1. Try the Upload Page Again: Here's a link back to the Upload Page. If you've already paid your registration fee, always try uploading at least twice! → click here

2. DON'T Send Songs DIRECTLY from CD: You can't send files straight from your CD (files ending with ".cda" are empty). You must first "rip" them into REAL audio files (that end with ".wma" or ".mp3")! → click here for instructions how
3. Email Us Your Song Files (as attachments): Another QUICK solution — avoiding our Uploader entirely — is to just ATTACH YOUR SONG FILES TO AN EMAIL MESSAGE to us (but also see #4 below). (If your browser's java feature is disabled, you'll need to use this method to send us your songs.) You can try attaching all of them, or if that doesn't work, attach one or two at a time and:

4. Don't Send .WAV or Video or .AIF Files: The most common uploading problem is if your songs are in ".wav" or ".aif" or video format. Since these files are HUGE, they can freeze computers. Convert them to .mp3 files:

5. Upload Songs One at a Time: If they are not .wav or video files, you might just try uploading 2, or even 1, song at a time (instead of all of them at once), using our Upload Page link in #1 above.
