If your computer freezes, or otherwise doesn't complete the process of sending us your song files (Step 3 of 3), don't worry. We will NOT rip you off!
This occasionally happens (especially with some Apple/Mac systems) and we will help you complete the process!
First, here are some quick fixes you can try right away:
1. Try the Upload Page Again: If you just need a link back to the Upload Page to try again, click here
2. Email Us Your Song Files: Another QUICK solution - avoiding our Uploader entirely - is to simply ATTACH YOUR SONG FILES TO AN EMAIL MESSAGE back to us. You can try attaching all of them, or if that doesn't work, attach one or two at a time and:

3. Don't Send .Wav Files: The most common uploading problem is if your songs are in ".wav" format. Since these files are huge, they can freeze computers. Convert them to .mp3 files: click here for a free converter
4. Upload Songs One at a Time: If they are not .wav files, you might just try uploading 2, or even 1, song at a time (instead of all of them at once), using our Upload Page link in #1 above.
