How to Find Your "Ripped" Song Files

You need to find the "ripped" songs on your computer to load them into the Upload Form.   They should end with either ".WMA" or ".MP3"

• By default, Windows Media Player will rip your tunes in WMA format and save them in your "Music" folder.

• Another way to locate them is to open Windows Media Player and "right-click" the song title you're looking for.  Then click "open file location" to see which folder the song is in.

• Or use your computer's search feature, searching for the same filename as the .cda file on the CD but switching ".wma" in place of ".cda."

For example, if on your CD the file was called 01Track1.cda, search for 01Track1.wma on your computer instead.

Once you find them, remember which computer folder they're in, then return to the Upload Form and use the "Browse" button to find and select them.
